Middleton II Finley N. Middleton II, joined the PIA team in 2005 and currently holds the position of business issues director. His insurance background spans 35 years, with varied experience working for an independent insurance agency as well as numerous insurance companies, including Allstate Insurance Co., American International Group, CIGNA, Chubb Insurance Co. and CNA Financial. Middleton is responsible for the development and implementation of PIA’s overall technical industry relations strategies and programs. He also advises PIA leaders and management on issues such as industry trends and PIA outreach. Additionally, Middleton provides members with information on insurance laws, regulations, residual market procedures, policy forms and more. Middleton has been a speaker at various insurance seminars, councils and meetings and has been a contributing author for a number of publications. |
