NYAIP Producers Procedures Course Deadline Is Oct. 31, 2008. Producers participating in the New York Automobile Insurance Plan are required to take the NYAIP Producers Procedures Course once within every four-year period in order to continue their certification with the plan. The next deadline is Oct. 31. NYAIP has informed continuing education providers that more than 5,500 producers in New York state need to take the course for recertification between now and Oct. 31.
