Serio, NCOIL, PIANY testify
at assembly terrorism hearing

PIANY President David Isenberg testified Jan. 31, 2003 at a hearing called by Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and the Assembly Insurance Committee to investigate the effects of the federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act on New York markets. Isenberg highlighted the vital role played by insurance producers in guiding clients through the choices presented by the Act, and the resources developed by PIANY to help members and their clients.
