As of May 7, 2008, the PIA Room block at the Taj Mahal is SOLD OUT. We have an “overflow” room block at Resorts. The PIA rate is $95/night (sgl. or dbl.) plus applicable taxes. Please note – this rate is for Sun., 6/8 & Mon., 6/9 only – NOT Saturday. These rooms are located in the Rendezvous Tower . RESORTS is connected to the Taj by way of the Conference level meeting rooms.
RESERVATION Instructions for call-ins and internet
Reservations can be made through the RESORTS Reservation Department, Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm , by calling 1-800-322-1399. Each individual must identify themselves with the Professional Insurance Agents of NY and NJ or Group Code: VINSUR in order to receive the discounted rate. Resort's requires a one-night's room deposit, per room, to guarantee individual accommodations. Reservations that are cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to check-in will result in the one night's room and tax charge to be forfeited. Any reservations made after the contracted cut-off date are on a space availability basis at the current rack rate.

2) Select the icon for “Reservations” which is the first icon on the top of the page.
3) Select “Book your convention registration here”.
4) Select the name of your convention: Professional Insurance Agents of NY & NJ
5) Enter the password for your group: VINSUR
6) Complete the reservation form including credit card information.
7) Your confirmation will be emailed to you.
8) Reservations must be received before: June 1, 2008
