As always, LI RAP honored those who illustrate the independent insurance agent is an asset to the industry and the community. As the awards luncheon began, LI RAP Chairman and PIANY Director Peter N. Resnick presented the 2008 LI RAP Committee members with awards, in appreciation for their dedication and volunteer efforts to make the event a success.

Mike Paluba, LUTC, secretary of PIANY and president of Hermitage Insurance Brokerage, Middle Island , presented Resnick, with the 2008 LI RAP Chairman plaque. “Peter gave up a considerable amount of his time and a great deal of energy to make this year's RAP a success,” said Paluba.
Robert F. Boyle, CPCU (left), is given the 2008 Long Island RAP Executive of the Year award by Resnick.

After accepting the honor, Resnick presented the 2008 Executive of the Year Award, recognizing an individual who has demonstrated a commitment to professionalism and service in the industry, to LI RAP Committee Member and President of North Sea Insurance Co., Valley Stream , Robert F. Boyle, CPCU. “With nearly three decades of experience in our industry, Bob had demonstrated qualities that best foster a strong working relationship with agents and brokers, as well as contributing to the professional growth of our association,” said Resnick in praising Boyle. |
